I’m running a (12 week, bi-weekly) Group Coaching Programme for Solo-Parents in January / February, perfect for busy solo-parents navigating the emotional and practical challenges of post-separation life, while juggling demanding careers or running own businesses. 🤗 🙋🏼♀️ Are you: → spinning multiple plates, juggling a demanding career, getting to grips with solo parenting and perhaps even a budding romantic relationship but find yourself struggling with emotional exhaustion, guilt, or burnout? → in need of support in managing these competing priorities in a healthy way, without sacrificing own mental health or the wellbeing of your children? If so, this may be for you - we will work on: 1️⃣ Work-Life Balance Strategies ⚖️ Practical strategies and tools to manage your professional responsibilities without sacrificing personal life or family needs. Support in creating boundaries to prevent burnout and address challenges around stress / emotional fatigue of managing work, co-parenting (and a potential new relationship, if relevant). 2️⃣ Self Discovery and Emotional Resilience Tools 🧰 Building emotional resilience and coping mechanisms to deal with stress, guilt, and difficult emotions in a healthier way. Discovering more about you and what matters to you most, and why. 3️⃣ Co-Parenting Coaching 🧑🧑🧒🧒 Building healthier communication with the ex and finding ways to collaborate on raising the children in a stable and supportive environment. 4️⃣ Personal Time Management ⏰ Techniques to help prioritise your personal needs, so you can find time for self-care, socialising, and personal growth despite the many competing demands on your time. 5️⃣ (if relevant) Relationship Support ❤️ Help navigating the complexities of blending a new romantic relationship with parenting responsibilities and ensuring it doesn’t negatively impact your children. The programme will be a mix of 4 group and 2 individual sessions with a kick-off session in January. The group will be no larger than 6 people to ensure we can create a truly brave + safe space to share, explore, learn from each other and gain the support needed as we head into 2025. 💪🏼 Drop me a line if this is something you'd be interested in / keen to explore -> in the meantime, my coaching testimonials are here: https://lnkd.in/ehn2MA9u #coaching #groupcoaching --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- 👋 Hi, I'm Tina, a transformation + leadership coach. 👩💻 I work with you to become more authentic and effective in your work + life, helping you achieve the outcomes you want + deserve. 🎯 I also help teams to work together better, and help organisations develop + deliver better people products for their people. 💚 Like this? "Reflecting on My Coaching Journey: From Burnout to Breakthroughs 🌟🎾 Coaching changed my life. Let me take you back to where it all began. As a high-performance junior tennis player, I was immersed in a world of intense competition. But amidst the victories and defeats, something crucial was missing: guidance on mental health and well-being. Burnout, boundaries, the emotional toll of wins and losses – these were topics I wished I had learned about earlier. It was this realization that fueled my passion for mental health advocacy. Pursuing a minor in psychology during my undergrad and later a master's in social work, I delved into the complexities of holistic well-being. Working in the social work field during my graduate studies further solidified my commitment to supporting others in their mental health journeys. At 18, burnt out and battered by injuries, I knew something had to change. The relentless pursuit of success left me drained, longing for a reprieve from the pressure. If only I had understood the importance of taking breaks and prioritizing self-care. Fast forward to today, and I stand as a proud advocate for a complete holistic approach in high-pressure environments. Through coaching, I've discovered the transformative power of rest, relaxation, and resilience. It's not just about being a top performer; it's about thriving in every aspect of life. Coaching taught me invaluable lessons and helped me navigate my career with clarity and confidence. Now, as I share my journey, I hope to inspire others to embrace a holistic approach to success. 🎉 Together, let's break free from burnout and cultivate a culture of well-being in every arena of life.

“Here’s what I’m finally going to fix about myself.” It’s something we’re all tempted to declare from time to time. After all, if you want to make things better, you need to start to be your own coach and and fix what isn’t working, right? Well, no. There’s plenty of research that demonstrates that it’s far more effective to focus on what is working and find ways to build on that. I first discovered coaching nearly eight years ago when I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed from work, knew it was affecting my life too much, and decided to get some help. I recently found the summary my coach sent me after our first session. My goals were to: - Sort out my work/life balance and stress levels - Make my needs a priority, no longer waking up thinking about work and dreading it - Stop giving myself a hard time and to instead have a calm, kind and supportive head - Work on my boundaries, structure and control around work, including identifying where to be control freaky and where to let go - Get my self-esteem from myself, not just from work and other external things - Start healing to be ready for a relationship - Give up unnecessary drinking, and have healthy breaks from drinking - Get to yoga classes every week - Give up smoking and let go of the obsession and shame cycle That coaching programme changed my life, and so have the other coaches I’ve worked with since. And I love that now I help people with similar stress-related challenges and life change goals. If any of this resonates with you, let’s talk.

Coaching is a minefield. Done properly it's a game changer. Done badly, it's never done again. Done properly; personal development and growth mindset coaching is the amber nectar that doesn't just set you up personally, it supercharges you professionally. The challenge is often deciding to invest in ourselves. I always find it "interesting" that we will prioritise the workouts for our body so we don't become fat bifters but rarely think about the workout for our minds. And yet that workout for our mind is the one that provides us with the discipline, habits and motivational frameworks to get us to the gym and nail a whole host of other stuff too. Increasingly working with midlife women in the workplace has thrown up so many areas for debate, discussion and investment - and a need for coaching. And yet midlife women are the least likely to invest in coaching because time, because there's always so much stuff to juggle, to fit in, to do all the things. My Coach in your Pocket programme provides mindset coaching for those that struggle with time, that struggle with having to schedule and prioritise that time in your diary - and it's all about being focused, being practical. You can't out perform your mindset unless you invest in understanding it, unlearning some patterns of behaviour and then training new patterns of behaviour. Drop me a line if you'd like to know more. #coachingprofessionnel #leadershipcoaching #executiveleadership #selfleadership

Embracing emotions in coaching can be incredibly powerful. In our latest blog, one of our co-founders, McKenzie, reflects on a touching conversation with a friend who, through her father’s wise words, learned that “one more tear is one less tear.” This phrase reminded McKenzie of the importance of allowing emotions to surface, especially in coaching. For new coaches, the idea of handling strong emotions can feel daunting. But coaching isn’t therapy—it's about fostering self-awareness and growth, giving individuals the space to process emotions safely. Rather than fearing emotions, embracing them allows coaches to create a supportive environment for growth and resilience. Curious? Read the full blog to explore how embracing emotions in coaching can transform connections. https://lnkd.in/gs-h5utW #emotions #humanemotions #coachingtips #howtocoach #graydin #coaching

Hey y’all, I have a couple of openings for one-on-one coaching available. Most of my clients tend to be at an inflection point in their lives. They are ready for growth and expansion. They are willing to take on something new or different. This could be expanding their businesses, or maybe it’s working on being a better partner in their relationships. It could be amping up their movement/fitness regimen or eating in a way that makes them feel/perform better. It can look like establishing a meditation routine and getting to know themselves a bit better. Most often, it looks like working less, working smarter, and creating a happier, healthier life. But it takes work on your part. No free passes in my coaching work. There is homework and accountability, and there are results. Click the link in the comments to schedule a free call with me to see if we’re a good fit.

If you are wondering what life coaching entails Olga explains below.
Executive/Life Coach | Ex-litigator and Neuroscientist | bespoke, no-nonsense, transformative approach
🌟 What is Life Coaching? 🌟 You may have heard the term thrown around in recent years, but aren’t exactly sure what’s involved. Let’s break it down. :: What Coaching is NOT:: Coaching is not therapy. Psychotherapists treat a variety of mental conditions or trauma by verbal communication and interaction and often deal with occurrences from the distant past. Coaching is not counselling, which deals with personal or psychological problems occurring in the present or immediate past. Coaching is not friendship. Good friends are wonderful and their input can be valuable, but they are rarely objective and will often shirk from saying or doing anything that might jeopardise the friendship. ::What Coaching IS:: Coaching is a series of transformative conversations during which the coach: 1. learns about your circumstances and establishes the area of your life you would like to improve or a problem you want to solve; 2. challenges your assumptions, thinking patterns, and belief systems, which may be holding you back; 3. Devises a tangible plan for getting you from where you are now to where you want to be; and 4. works with you to turn that plan into a practical reality. Coaching is about YOU and what makes YOU happy. It's important to remember that there is no uniform, standardised, coaching methodology. Coaching can take any format that suits your needs and preference. It can take place over a single intensive day or be a monthly multi-year retainer. Some coaches only see clients in person, other coaches only do 15-minute intense phone sessions once a fortnight. Every coach is different, which is why it’s important to pick one you like, who gets you, and whose methods and experience resonate with you. Fundamentally, good coaching changes lives for the better. ************ I hope this was helpful! Do you have any other questions?
