It's been (16 days) since I did my last post. You know what! My search appearance grew from 52 to 156!!! I can confidently say. LinkedIn is full of reality checks: -you either give up on it. -or learn from it and apply to your growth. Proper networking approach takes you places. -Be there for your fellow creators -Help others/ reach out for help -Foster good relationships P.S. It's your network that creates opportunities for you. P.S.S I'm so excited that LinkedIn has rolled out a new feature. (I'm able to edit my already scheduled posts) 🥂 Are you able to edit your already scheduled posts?

Build your community. Not just followers. Why?   On LinkedIn, you can build genuine connections.   You can have 10k followers super fast. In 4 or 6 months, you'll have your army. But who's in your DMs? Your comments?   That's where the magic happens. So, do this:   1. Reply to all inbound comments. 2. Comment on other people's posts. 3. DM people to simply appreciate them. 4. Respond to all your DMs, even if it's late. 5. Mention your people to bring them followers. 6. Mention them if you see an opportunity for them. 7. Recommend people without them knowing about it.   You can have 100,000 or 2,000 followers, but...   If you care about your people, they will care back.   P.S. It took me 4 months to gain 1k LinkedIn followers (I now grow by 500-1,000 per week) What changed? I stopped focusing on perfection. And started focusing on connection. If you’re starting out. (or just don’t have traction) Don’t do this:  → Spend hours on each post → Worry about branding → Overthink your niche → Only talk about wins → Buy a fancy camera → Be too polished Do this instead: → Test content to see what works → Answer all of your comments → Comment on others posts → Show support with likes → DM people you admire → Talk about failures → Be encouraging Don’t overthink it. Put yourself out there. Experiment with content. Connect with and support others. Because in the end. Growing on LinkedIn is about connection. Gone are the days of LinkedIn. Only being about one thing. 👉 Finding a job. It's now a social network. It's now a business builder. It's now a community platform. It's now an opportunity maker. It's now a space to build and grow a brand. You can be a thought leader. You can educate, entertain, or inform. You can network, build a business, or invest in yourself. You can share personal stories, advice, or news. In are the days of LinkedIn being what you make of it. ✌️

On LinkedIn, there's a new hidden feature. It's called "Support the Fellow Creator". How it functions is as follows: 1. You scroll through your feed;  2. You find posts that have less activity; 3. You write a supportive comment 4. Repeat for ten more persons. 5. Repeat two to three times a day. This function provides you with: More profile exposure of up to 1,678% improved chances for networking And countless more positive vibes How can I make this feature accessible?
