Here are the 3 things you need to do to make six figures without the burnout⬇️ Hitting your first 6 figures in your business is a huge milestone, especially if you are on the road to building financial independence. When I started my consulting business, I was able to hit above 6 figures in my first year. Here's how I did it: 1. I KNEW I COULD DO IT We hear about mindset all the time, and one of the most common things I see stopping entrepreneurs is their belief that they can't do it. From doubts on pricing, profitability, if they're good enough, worthiness... I've seen it (and also have that as well. But what helped me push past any limiting beliefs about my success, was the fact that I KNEW deep down that I could do it. 2. I SCALED ONE OFFER & DELIVERED IT FAST I knew that I didn't want to do ad-hoc consulting and although I started by charging by the hour, my hourly rate was very high ($250/hr). But I soon realized that billing by the hour was a nightmare and I also didn't want my clients to want to look at me like a ticking clock. So, I got clear on the transition I was helping them through and started to build my offer around that. I started it out at $2,500 and ended up charging $4,500 for it. I had to test the market to see how I could do it. 3. CREATING A STRATEGIC SALES SYSTEM I didn't use Social Media at all but built my system through strategic alliances, thought leadership, speaking, and event marketing. Now with more experience, I've realized there are more effective ways to create strategic sales systems, but that one worked for me. "Hard work leads to success," —but does it... really? We've all heard this saying before, yet its not always true. Building a successful business requires more than just passion and hard work.
