Exciting news from our Ecosystem Expert Hub! 👏 Last week, we hosted the 4th 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘆 in Munich – thanks to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for providing such a great space!   The event brought together innovation leaders and ecosystem managers for workshops and inspiring talks by Felix Limbert, Robert Kilian, Marius Müller-Minde, Michael Hanisch, and Martin Dominguez. Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and experience cutting-edge technologies up close. The evening concluded with a dinner alongside startups from our 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, highlighting the role startups can play in driving success within business ecosystems. ✍️In addition, our team launched our new 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆, previewed at the event. The report introduces a practical Ecosystem Readiness Assessment 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 to evaluate companies’ strategy, go-to-market approach, and governance capabilities. 🛠️ The findings show that most companies are still in the early stages of ecosystem readiness. However, success stories like Körber demonstrate what's possible. The report includes 7 actionable tips to boost readiness, like fostering customer-centricity, developing integrated offerings, and building strong partnerships. In today’s uncertain environment, taking proactive steps to strengthen your business ecosystem is more crucial than ever.
