A certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) is not an easy task. I have studied governance (failed one test!) of companies based on USA regulations and best practices and appreciated how they apply globally, and size doesn't really matter on the below topics: - ESG - Environment Social and Governance - Regulatory shifts and strategic implications - Risk Management - Cybersecurity - Talent Recruitment are all challenges on the agenda of the boards of any company, being public in USA, or medium and small size in Europe.
