My learnings from the first day at AWS re:Invent: - Be at your session early or you don't get in - Stay tuned (really frustrating to hear when you know something new is coming up) - You get the best info in the Q&A following the talk - Talk to the experts, you learn more than in sessions

Why This Change? AWS periodically evaluates their services to ensure they align with customer needs and industry trends. Discontinuing new access to these services allows AWS to focus on more in-demand offerings and improve overall user experience.

Truer words were never spoken. I’ve had customers ask for an overview of all services but learning the basics are the most inportant as a first step. Understand how compute, storage, networking, security and databases function as a core service and then build on that. Core Immersion days are important in our industry and then build on a specific service. #learningislifelong #themoreyouknow!
