Attention Agribusiness Managers!🌱 Are you skeptical about the economic viability of regenerative farming practices? It's time to reconsider. Carbon credits present a lucrative opportunity for those willing to embrace sustainable agriculture. Here's how it works: 🌱 Regenerative methods like cover cropping, low-till, and agroforestry sequester carbon in the soil, removing it from the atmosphere. 🌱 This carbon removal can be quantified, verified, and translated into high-quality carbon credits. 🌱 Carbon markets allow you to sell these credits to companies and organizations seeking to offset their emissions. In other words, regenerative agriculture doesn't just benefit the environment; it can financially benefit your bottom line. Progressive companies and governments worldwide are embracing carbon trading, creating a rapidly growing market for premium carbon credits. Don't miss out on this chance to futureproof your operations while tapping into a new revenue stream. Explore how Spacenus can guide your transition to regenerative practices and navigate the complexities of carbon credit monetization. When you want to instrument a change, there are always risks, even if its for addressing climate change via regenerative farming. It is amazing to see this work being developed by AXA Climate and Agreena to explore how to quantify risk as part of the transition process. #regenerativeagriculture #supplychain #farmers #risk
Scaling regenerative agriculture requires collaboration and innovation. AXA Climate have joined forces with us to explore how to quantify farmers’ risks as they transition to regenerative methods. As Europe's largest soil carbon programme, we speak daily with farmers who recognise the long-term benefits of sustainable farming practices, but are worried about the short-term challenges. We need to come together to reduce these entry barriers. At Agreena, we’ve already begun this process. We provide products and services to the financial sector and agri-supply chain that support farmers and enable better cost-sharing, as well as give companies deep insights into sustainable land use and carbon assets. Now, together with AXA Climate, we’re exploring how we can use data to better understand and quantify the risks that farmers face as they transition. We’re looking to address the concerns of farmers about potential initial yield drops, and ultimately develop risk management tools that make switching to regenerative practices as close to 100% safe as possible. The Future of Farmland: Regenerative Practices Drive Higher Value At Hemp Carbon Standard (HCS), we are seeing a powerful trend—farmland that embraces regenerative agriculture and sustainable practices is commanding significantly higher prices in today’s market. Farmland that: 1. Cultivates industrial hemp 2. Spreads biochar to enrich the soil 3. Prioritizes carbon sequestration & biodiversity ...is selling for up to 40% more per acre than land farmed using traditional industrial methods. Why? Because forward-thinking buyers and investors recognize the long-term value regenerative farming brings—healthier soils, reduced carbon footprint, and a sustainable future for agriculture. As demand grows for climate-friendly solutions, farmland that contributes to the environment, rather than depletes it, is becoming a prime asset. If you're looking to enhance the value of your farmland or invest in a sustainable future, industrial hemp and regenerative methods are the way forward. #SustainableFarming #HempForTheFuture #RegenerativeAgriculture #CarbonSequestration #Biochar #AgriInvestments #HempCarbonStandard

The future of farming is here — and it’s regenerative. More and more people are recognising just how essential farmers are to the resilience, security, sustainability of our #FoodSystems. That’s why #RegenerativeAgriculture is gaining traction as a greener, more sustainable way to grow crops. At PepsiCo, we’re focused on unlocking the full potential of these innovative methods so everyone can benefit. But to make this happen, we need to first empower farmers with the rights tools to feed the world — sustainably. To really maximise what regenerative practices can do — whether it’s optimising long-term yields or making farmland more resilient in the face of climate change — we need strong partnerships across the value chain, and the support from EU decision-makers. One of the big hurdles to scaling up regenerative farming in Europe, is securing the right and adequate funding. The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has a large role to play here by mobilising public funding, and private investment is just as important. Striking a balance between the two will be key to helping farmers make the transition smoothly and successfully. And it’s essential that benefits (e.g. carbon farming certificates) are shared fairly across all partners in the value chain. Here’s Elise Demaeght, our EU Government Affairs Manager, explaining why finding the optimal incentive structures and public-private collaboration models will be crucial to restoring the soil and strengthening farming communities in Europe, and beyond.

Regenerative agriculture is essential for building sustainable food systems and combating climate change. Research indicates that practices such as cover cropping and reduced tillage can sequester between 1.5 to 3 tons of CO₂ per hectare annually, contributing significantly to carbon capture and soil health. These regenerative practices not only enhance soil fertility but also promote biodiversity, with farms adopting these methods supporting 30% more species compared to conventional farms. Improved soil structure allows for up to 40% greater water retention, equipping farms to withstand droughts and extreme weather events. Furthermore, regenerative agriculture can reduce operational costs by minimizing the need for synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, ultimately leading to increased profitability for farmers. This transition fosters not only environmental sustainability but also enhances human health by producing nutrient-rich food with fewer harmful chemicals. Companies like Bunge, ADM, LDC, and Syngenta are leading the way in supporting regenerative agriculture. As we navigate the urgent challenges posed by climate change, embracing regenerative agriculture is more critical than ever. How will you support regenerative agriculture in your community? #RegenerativeAgriculture #SustainableFoodSystems #ClimateResilience
