In my little years of work experience I have seen traditional notions of employment, characterized by fixed roles and responsibilities, gradually giving way to a more dynamic and flexible approach. For example, the phenomenon, driven by technological advancements with the advent of AI and shifting attitudes towards work, is reshaping the way individuals and organizations conceptualize and execute tasks. Advances in technology, particularly in communication and collaboration tools, have made it easier to coordinate and manage distributed teams aiding remote work thereby allowing individuals to contribute to projects without being constrained by traditional office environments. Several platforms/Apps have helped in facilitating seamless task assignment, tracking, and completion, regardless of your geographical location. The unbundling of tasks has presented a paradigm shift in how work is conceptualized and executed with the aid of technology.
