The emerging framing of a joyful Kamala Harris vs the deplorable Donald Trump is becoming clarified. It is being reinforced by speaker after speaker, day after day, at a stunning DNC Convention showcasing not only the party's new nominees, but also an inspiring new generation of fresh voices and faces and energy. It is driving a sharpening contrast between a wider and deeper cohort of Democratic leadership, outdrawing outclassing the shallow MAGA front bench which Republicans have let overwhelm its more positive traditions. One party is talking of ideas and ideals, hope and positivity, freedom and progress, and solutions which further the common good. The other is whining about problems and decline, grubbing around miserably for votes by marketing fear, anger, hopelessness, negativity and division. It was very clear two months ago that American voters were deeply dissatisfied with the choice before them. The Democrats did something about that. The Republicans, inexplicably in thrall to MAGA's dead ends, doubled down on their unhappy status quo. On a little over two months, the voters will decide who was right.

Ted Cruz- Unqualified Biden Nominees. Ted Cruz is ripping open the shroud of annihilating that has hidden the corruption and depravity of the secret society of the Biden- Harris administration and their allies. All their hidden secrets are now being- revealed all as we speak. And all their so- called accountable government officials are now being- exposed and seen for who they really are. The Biden- Harris administration and the Democratic Party before them has always put themselves before the American people. They have lied, manipulated, and abused their power and their authority. They have put their own personal, financial, and political interests above all others. If just one of their political officials can not answer one simple question set before them by congress, What does this say about the rest of their so-called Democratic administration's leadership? And what has happened to our country the last four years? The Biden-Harris Administration and the Democratic Parties unveiling has just begun. Get ready America. We have a new president in charge. In December 2020, Rep. Burchett entered the game as one of 126 Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives to sign an amicus brief in support of Texas v. Pennsylvania, a lawsuit filed at the U.S. Supreme Court contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election, in which Joseph R. Biden Jr. defeated incumbent Donald J. Trump. The Nation's top court declined to hear the case, asserting that Texas lacked standing under Article III of the U.S. Constitution to challenge the results of an election held by another state. The fundamental difference between a conservative and a leftist lies in how they respond to empirical evidence. Both base their opinions on available data and assumptions, but their approaches differ. A conservative tends to adjust their assumptions in light of new empirical evidence, aligning their beliefs with the objective data. If the evidence contradicts their prior beliefs, they acknowledge the error, apologize, and adapt accordingly. In contrast, a leftist often evaluates new evidence to see if it supports their pre-existing assertions. If the evidence confirms their beliefs, they embrace it enthusiastically. However, if the evidence contradicts their assertions, they might ignore, conceal, misrepresent, or distort the information to fit their narrative. For a leftist, empirical evidence must conform to their assertions, and instead of correcting errors, they usually double down on their mistaken beliefs. In summary, for a conservative, empirical evidence is the ultimate measure of truth, and they are willing to change course based on new data. For a leftist, empirical evidence is subordinate to their assertions, and they may resist acknowledging errors, reinforcing their initial stance regardless of contradictory evidence. That explains why leftists often resort to censorship, suppress free speech, and resort to calling their opponents names to intimidate those who disagree with them, all to protect their narratives from being tested and challenged.
