Insight for today…. For anyone inclined to creative pursuits, I want to encourage you to bring your idea of creative expression to life. You may enjoy drawing, painting, sculpting or writing. Your creativity may express itself as an architectural design, a scientific invention, a 100 meter sprint, sculpting your body through weight training, a tattoo brought to life or bringing music into harmonious vibration. It may be an endeavor that is not listed here. When you nurture the seed of an idea, take action and bring the idea to life, you are expressing your gifts in a creative manner. This brings healing from internal trauma and provides you a sense of purpose simultaneously. As you align with your creativity, the experience of who you are comes into fulfillment.
