Helping people succeed online as Director, Lead Consultant and Innovator at Digital Capability

Sometimes when learners are disengaged, the initial reaction is to 'blame' the learner - their lazy, not interested, the school put them in the course etc. However, there are many reasons why learners may be disengaged, including what the trainer and/or the RTO might be doing. Hence, VET senior leaders need to deploy a range of different strategies to help support their trainers re-engage their disengaged learners, and so I'm looking forward to sharing these strategies during this webinar in a few weeks time.

Allison W Miller Totally agree having worked with many disengaged learners it is up to trainers and RTOs to re-engage them. They disengaged because their needs were not met!
