(Note: this is not hypothetical - we have already proven this impact with the first 14 farmers we are working with) 💫 a 3 to 4 times increase in income for the participating farmers (up from around 50 dollars a month to around 200 dollars a month) 🌽 each farmer produces food for at least 80 vulnerable households in an area currently wrecked by a severe drought 🌎 capture the carbon emissions equivalent to 26 flights from Amsterdam to Cape Town per 0.5 hectares (one block managed by one farmer) - in 18 months Perhaps just don’t buy that extra piece of clothing or bottle of wine you were going to buy, and instead make a donation that really can make a difference.
