I’ve never been able to report on whether/when an MSA (+ who supplied it) was introduced in the sales process with any CRM. I’m curious if any AI tools allow sales leaders leaders to incorporate such critical milestones like this into ENT sales reports on their own without SQL. It’s baffling that CRMs are this mature yet since they are designed for reporting on sales processes, not customer outcomes, they naturally omit key datapoints without SQL, deep customization, or 3rd party integrations.

Statistics. Depends on who is asking! Nice headline stuff. But the interesting stuff is in the SFDC report. 70% of sales time not spent on sales tasks. If you want to know how to improve this and organise to win, message me. 71% of respondents said they hit their sales quota either usually or always, up from 52% last year (source: Pipedrive’s The State of Sales and Marketing Report 2023/2024) Only 3% said they rarely or never hit their sales quota, compared to 14% last year (source: Pipedrive’s The State of Sales and Marketing Report 2023/2024) However... Think big, start small. If you’re overwhelmed with implementing a CRM or AI in your business, start with a small test and measure the results. Recently, Benjamin Cohen shared a real-world example at the Modern Distribution Management (MDM) Shift event: "We had an industrial distributor start with 10 inside salespeople. Their goal was to help the team know who to call and what to sell. After three months, each rep saw $150,000 in incremental run rate. A huge win after just a few months of using the software." Proton.ai provides powerful recommendations to sales reps. In an A/B test at the same distributor, half of the reps saw recommendations, and half did not.
