Caffeine tends to make me very anxious, so I do my best to avoid it. "Decaf coffee is a great way to experience drinking coffee with about 97% less caffeine. If you're sensitive to caffeine, it's an excellent alternative to regular coffee." According to the article, a healthy person should have no problem consuming one to three cups of decaf coffee per day. Read more:

After I talked about the toxic relationship with food on the stage on Day One of the Health 2.0 conference, I was approached by several physicians and had interesting chats with them about why many of their patients found it so hard to get fit and eat well. I’m truly glad that more and more doctors are starting to look at the weight and eating problems in the more holistic way — instead of as a purely formulaic issue. It’s not just cico. It’s not the lack of willpower. It’s not the lack of information. It’s not even fundamentally about food per se. It’s mostly how the person is ‘conditioned’ to perceive, react to, sense, experience, process food - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Beliefs also matter a ton here. And the question is how do we shift that multi-level conditioning to cultivate a holistically healthy food personality and body - and enable real transformation that lasts. For medical professionals interested in chatting about this, I’m more than happy to start a conversation. The last day in Vegas, went deep in the dessert.

For millions around the globe, this isn't imagination - it's reality.
