I think the most important leadership trait is humility for three big reasons: Learning - Humble leaders know they don’t know everything, so they’re always ready to learn and innovate. Trust - Being down-to-earth makes leaders approachable and fosters open communication. and Empowerment - Recognizing the team’s efforts boosts morale and drives growth and that leaders can’t do it all alone. Basically humility keeps egos in check and the team thriving 🫡
