I was both honored and excited to recently be asked to help edit the Global Padel Report 2024 from PLAYTOMIC and Strategy& -- an in-depth, 48-page research #report that was released just this morning and is widely considered to be among the most important and informative publications about the global #padel landscape. There are some really interesting and impressive stats in it about the growth of the #sport around the world, like the fact that, on average, 𝟓𝟏 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟏𝟏 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑. There are also some pretty eye-opening insights about the global #racket market, which I'm sure will be of interest to people I've recently talked to from Blanca Padel (Andrew Won), Wilson Sporting Goods Co., Babolat, Short Court, and Fromuth Racquet Sports among others. But, as always, our focus here at The Padel State is on the U.S. market, so I probably had some slightly different takeaways than many others around the world, which I discuss in the just-released article below... (And I think will be of interest to people and clubs like Julian Wortelboer and Ultra Padel Club Miami... Santiago Gomez and Padel Haus... Ryan Redondo, Gabriel Perez Krieb and Taktika Padel... Padel X and Rally Club... among many others, as they are all key to my conclusion.) You can download the highly anticipated Global Padel Report 2024 free of charge through the numerous links in this article, so please be sure to have a look and ♻ re-post ♻ to help spread the word. 🇺🇸 🎾 🚀

6dBeing a big city on the Border makes it ideal for this growth. I believe Texas will be one the state were Padel will grow faster: Laredo is about to open 2 clubs, McAllen has 3, Brownsville is about to open 2 or 3, Houston now has 5 with more to come. And at least 90% of the people in the US still does not know that Padel exists, which is the main growth barrier.
