🔗 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🔗 As someone who has dedicated years to teaching conflict resolution, I’ve always prided myself on equipping others with tools to navigate difficult conversations. I’ve shared countless resources, including this 🎥 video, hoping to foster understanding and empathy amid conflict. Yet, even with all my knowledge and experience, I recently found myself in the middle of a heated conversation with my sister yesterday—without employing the techniques I advocate. 😔 𝐼𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑚𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡, 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑎 𝑐𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑡ℎ: 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏! No matter how skilled we may be, emotions can sometimes take the driver's seat, leaving our best practices in the rearview mirror. 🚗💨 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.
