To understand and combat the devastating impacts of climate change on delicate coral reefs. Fast forward to today, and their journey has evolved into something extraordinary. Together, they co-founded Banyu Carbon, a Seattle-based startup with a bold vision: to extract carbon dioxide from the ocean and mitigate its harmful effects on our planet's climate. Powered by innovative technology, Banyu Carbon is making waves in the fight against climate change. With $8.5 million in funding and strategic partnerships, including a landmark deal with Frontier to remove 350 tons of carbon dioxide, the startup is poised for success.
