Then, some have, under their control, often for many years, charges who see you as their mentor, educator, and confidant until, at some point, they leave the nest to become a leader. Then, they develop leaders who become successful leaders. This is the point beyond certification. It is LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, and it is damn rewarding.
