Looking at the result I need, how it not only affects me, but will affect everyone around me who is a part of that decision, Sometimes you can't make everybody happy, but if you've built a relationship that means they can respect your decision and understand why you've made it, then you're doing OK

Beautifully said! Leadership decisions often look simple from the outside, but the internal process is a delicate balance of logic, intuition, and values. For me, decision-making begins with understanding the broader impact—on people, the organization, and long-term goals. I try to gather diverse perspectives and then reflect deeply to ensure my choices align with my core principles. It’s not just about making the ‘right’ decision but about owning the process and learning from every outcome. Trusting yourself and remaining open to growth is what makes each decision a step toward becoming a better leader

Such an insightful take on leadership! True leadership is about making thoughtful, intentional decisions, even when the path isn't clear. 🌟
