When selecting salmon be aware. Pink salmon can be rather dry if not prepared right. Make sure what you are getting is Coho (Silver) or King Salmon. More of a fat content and a better fish.

🥚 More Saleable Eggs with Hy-Line Brown: Dark Shells, Stronger Eggs, Higher Profitability 📈 The Hy-Line Brown produces dark-colored, resistant shells to a late age allowing egg producers to maximize saleable eggs over a long, productive life. Strong shells through a long cycle allow the producers to recover more hen-housed eggs and spread out pullet costs over a longer period. A darker-shelled egg is a more saleable egg as consumers prefer dark-brown shells and the Hy-Line Brown delivers. The Hy-Line Brown’s shell color is becoming progressively darker with each new generation. #HyLineSoutheastAsia #Breeder #LayerHen

Vacuum-sealed bacon packets preserve moisture and increase their longevity by limiting oxygen access. However, such bags are difficult to open, and the meat might dry up quickly before your next use. With this parchment paper bacon storage technique, you'll never have to worry about decaying pieces again. Simply lay out a long piece of parchment paper on your counter and place your slices one by one. Roll the entire thing lengthwise to form miniature bacon cylinders enclosed by parchment paper. Cutting between the rolled-up segments with scissors creates separate bacon bundles. Put them in a Ziploc bag and freeze or refrigerate if you'll need them within a few days. Parchment paper is used before packing bacon to prevent pieces from adhering together when frozen. Furthermore, it provides extra protection against freezer burn, preventing meat deterioration. #CreeksideFarm #BackToTheBaconBasics
