How do you refresh a brand with thoughtfulness, thoroughness, seriousness and fun? We found at last week, at a great evening with the Aviva brand team. Very impressively, they created immersive experiences for employees so people really get the brand, and can become its advocates. Brands, after all, are built from the inside. Thank you so much to James Davis, Charlotte Nairne-Clark, Shaun Dyker and Clare Beaumont-Adam. And the food, front desk and tech people at Aviva Norwich. It all meant a lot to us - because Aviva is one of the oldest, definitely the biggest, and probably the most significant brand to come from Brandland.
