📣 It's that time of year again! The Plenitude Consulting team is hosting the Plenitude Games 2024 as part of our efforts to raise money for STOP THE TRAFFIK Group We have formed a variety of groups from 🏋♀️ weightlifting to 🏃♀️ running to 🏊♀️ swimming, all with the goal of raising a combined £5,000 (doubling our efforts from last year) As part of the weightlifting team we are pledging to lift a total of 3M KG❗ throughout the month of July - any donations / words of encouragement are greatly appreciated! 🔗 You can find the donation link here: https://lnkd.in/eRRPvSXA 💡 About Stop The Traffik: Over 50 million people are enslaved and trafficked every year. 1 in 4 are children. Most are women and girls. Unfortunately, this crime is on the rise, and climate change, conflict, and crises around the world continue to raise risk for vulnerable people. When we see people in need, traffickers see an opportunity to make profit, and they make over $500 billion in profit annually. STOP THE TRAFFIK has a solution. Through data-driven prevention, we can stop exploitation before it happens, build resilient communities, and protect vulnerable people from harm. Hi Network! So as you may or may not know, I coach American Football for the Great Britain National Team! British American Football Association We have a home game in October against Germany, and it requires a great deal of funds. Around £15,000 as a baseline. So the team has set up a kickstarter to help alleviate some of these costs for the players and to help fund the game. We must reach £7,500 otherwise we lose all the money. Any donation large or small would be incredibly helpful. Not only would it be helpful, but because it’s a kickstarter, you get things in return depending on how much you donate. Each player is aiming to raise at least £70 each, so anything that helps me towards that total is appreciated. Head Safe Football provides emotional and practical support, evidence-based knowledge and up to date research for footballers and their families. 𝗕𝘂𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁! CTE affects players, male and female, at all levels of the sport. Help us save anyone who has ever headed a football from a future life destroyed by brain disease. Save the players. Save the game. ⚽🐘 Fundraising is a great way to support a cause you're passionate about. Here are some ways you can raise funds for Head Safe Football: 1️⃣ Organise a sponsored sporting event, for example: cycle, swim, walk, run, golf day, dog walk or even a skydive (if you're feeling extra adventurous! 🪂) 2️⃣ Social fundraisers such as planning a charity ball/gala, hosting a dinner party or organising a music event are great ways to raise money and bring people together. 3️⃣ You can even fundraise from home by hosting a quiz night (this could be virtual!), organising a raffle/tombola or simply making a donation via the Head Safe Football website!
