Building a great culture goes beyond team-building exercises and perks. It’s about creating a foundation of shared values and genuine connection. This morning, our Cedarwood team gathered for our monthly Virtual Morning Chapel—a time where we come together not just as colleagues, but as a community united by faith. In our busy lives, it’s easy to overlook what really matters. Today’s message reminded us that culture isn’t built overnight. It’s nurtured through trust, shared experiences, and mutual respect. When faith is one of your core values, it shapes how you approach every part of work and life. It encourages empathy, strengthens integrity, and reminds us of the “why” behind everything we do. This monthly gathering is one way Cedarwood fosters a workplace culture that celebrates purpose over profit. We’re here to support each other, and that sense of belonging is what makes our culture so unique. Grateful to be part of a team that prioritizes faith and connection. 🙏 #WorkplaceCulture #CoreValues #FaithInTheWorkplace #TeamCedarwood #PurposeDriven #CommunityAtWork #Grateful

At PHS West, We understand that a strong team is the backbone of any successful organization. That's why we prioritize fostering a culture of collaboration and connection. Now you may be wondering why team bonding matters. Here is why: Enhanced Communication: Strong team bonds create open communication channels, leading to better problem-solving and project execution. Boosted Morale: Shared experiences and camaraderie create a positive work environment, increasing employee satisfaction and retention. Improved Collaboration: When team members feel comfortable with each other, they're more likely to collaborate effectively and achieve common goals. One way we at PHS West nurture these bonds is through our annual Summer Grill Outs. These casual gatherings provide a platform for employees from different departments to interact outside the daily routine. They foster a sense of community and belonging, ultimately strengthening our team. #TeamBuilding #CompanyCulture #PHSWest #grilloutseason

Yes, it’s tough at the start. Everything is new, and the process can feel slow and steady. But that's what makes it worthwhile! The game is all about staying calm, learning the tricks of the trade, and growing through each experience. It’s been amazing to see your journey and the progress you've made, Manthan. Keep pushing, keep learning, and the growth will follow. #GrowthMindset #LearningJourney #StayCalm #KeepGrowing #Progress #GoldenEagleIT #Success
The beginning was quite tough, but "ab achcha lagne Laga hai", ❤️ It's been exactly a year since I stepped into the corporate world "IT industry". At initial first, I kept checking the time, eagerly waiting for 8 PM to go home. But now, I actually prefer being at the office over being at home. Yes, I grow up. Cheers to the first year in the corporate world! Hip hip horray 🙌🥳 A heartful thanks to Golden Eagle IT Technologies for providing us such a healthy environment, Thank you so much for treating me as a part of the family. #corporate #corporate_culture

When you bring new people into an organization, they come with their own ideas, habits, and even unspoken assumptions about what "care" looks like. Without a clear and well-communicated culture, you risk having a mishmash of practices that ultimately erode your brand and confuse your clients. Culture isn’t just a set of statements—it’s a daily practice that touches every interaction and decision. Twillie Bryant Creative has had the privilege of helping Seema Lakhani of Parkside Tamarac, a new 96-bed memory care community, put this culture in a teachable form. This relationship has allowed me to create something truly special: a Culture Code that embodies the heart and care Seema has cultivated at her 38-bed Boynton Beach location for the past 12 years. At Boynton, Seema built an unspoken culture—one of trust, accessibility, and unwavering support for caregivers and families, earning her consistent five-star reviews and deep connections with those she serves. In order to ensure that this same culture would carry over to the larger Tamarac community, I created the "Parkside Code of Culture," complete with a teaching module, including a teacher’s manual, student workbooks, and assessments. This makes the culture tangible and actionable for every new staff member. At Parkside Tamarac, this Culture Code ensures that Seema's legacy of personalized, compassionate care will continue to shape every aspect of the resident experience. If you’re building or developing a brand, take a moment to reflect: Does your culture infuse every part of what you do? Have you made it clear, teachable, and actionable? Because it’s not just about what you say—it's about how you live it, day in and day out. #Culture #Leadership #MemoryCare #BrandDevelopment #ParksideTamarac #DementiaCarewithDignity

What happened to accountability ? Recently, I had to reflect on the introduction to my sessions and how to set the tone for maximum engagement and I found this incredible article https://bit.ly/43bKR3V Accountable Spaces! ▪️ It removed the onus on individuals from diverse backgrounds to feel compelled share traumatic experiences as an educational tool. ▪️ Opportunity for everyone to share and developing in their understanding of lived experiences. ▪️Spoke to the importance of progressing past trying to guarantee a safe space, or a demand for bravery ▪️Prioritises intent and accountability - say what you mean and mean what you say. Tip-toeing around matters and keeping light often is not an effective way to highlight the importance and urgency for change. I really like the accountable to space model, to set really clear and strong expectations that can support a session in bringing about lasting change.

Labor Day is a time to celebrate the incredible contributions of every employee across every organization. It’s not just a day off—it’s a recognition of the hard work, commitment, and passion that each person brings to their role. But let’s be clear: the value each of us brings to our organization isn’t just about showing up—it’s about showing up ready to give our best, every single day. It’s about taking ownership of our role and recognizing that our effort doesn’t just impact our career; it affects the success of the entire organization. We all have a part to play, and when each of us commits to giving our best, that’s when real progress happens. This Labor Day, let’s not just celebrate the work we’ve done. Let’s commit to the work we have yet to do and the things we will still achieve. Remember, your best effort today shapes the success of tomorrow. Let’s keep pushing forward! #labordayweekend #LaborDay #strength #Teamwork

The Rehbinder Effect is the perfect metaphor for culture. When an employee is hit with feedback in a fake culture, they often break But just like water can reduce the ductility and hardness of a material An authentic culture of integrity, purpose, and kindness where voices are heard… Reduces the hardness in people And creates an environment where they don’t shatter. How are YOU building this kind of culture for your team? ❤️ Nick Gallo + Ethico —— ♻️ reshare this to your network and win a book! 🦄 I’m back hosting The Ethicsverse — the coolest place to be every Thursday at 12:00 ET if you believe fixing our workplace cultures can change the world → World Famous Book Giveaway → free learning credits (SCCE/HCCA, SHRM, HRCI) → hundreds of people who want to fix our workplaces and change the world Thursday: “Post Election Breakdown” 🇺🇸 Kristy Grant-Hart + Hemma R. + Matt Kelly (Link below👇)
