Why you need to say goodbye to size… Truly understanding and embracing my body shape was THE best choice l've made for my mental and physical health. It's enabled me to learn to love myself and to live for the now, the right now!!! Not when l've lost weight or have tried that other rubbish diet - the size 16 me that's here right now. My business is about making other people feel great in themselves and loving the skin they're in. My style experiences were created with passion and positive energy for enabling women to feel loved and supported in their style and body confidence journey. I know how powerful it is to accept and love your body after years of loathing and over exercising to punish my body for the shape it was and still is and now I have redirected my obsession with dieting and hating my body into becoming a passionate expert and advocate for other women (and myself!!) I support and encourage clients to treat everyday as special and to live a life in full colour - seeing the joy in the small moments and giving women back their confidence. Often it starts with small changes and evolves into positive and impactful moves in my clients lives through greater self-belief, ability to recognise and celebrate their strengths and holding space for them to take the time for themselves. I believe wholeheartedly in personal style as a self-care ritual and it all starts with embracing and loving the skin you're in.
