Often, when I speak with companies about their marketing strategy, this is what I will hear. Not having ideal buyer personas is a huge loss. Every business owner needs to identify their ideal customer. They also need to understand that customer. I like to get businesses really thinking about their next steps. They need to learn, try, and refine. I’ve had many clients tell me they never thought of some of these really important things before, so they don’t know how to answer. They feel overwhelmed or behind. I tell them: The point isn’t that you should know the answers to these questions in this moment. I’m asking these questions to understand where you are in your marketing journey, yes. However, I’m also asking these questions because you need to be thinking about these things. The right answer isn’t knowing the answers. The right answer is you making the decision to think hard about these things and discover those answers. So you can change the game by being strategic in your next business move. So you can start setting your business apart from the others. So you are being more conscious and thoughtful along your building process. So you can have better insight for why you have a success or failure. This is the right answer. Changing everything by starting to learn and strategize.
