We should all be aware of Quebec's Law 25, PIA's, and the protection of personal information. What is a PIA? Privacy Impact Assessments are evaluations that organizations undertake to assess and identify the potential risks to individuals’ privacy that may result from projects involving the collection, use, or communication of their personal information and to propose measures to adequately mitigate such risks.
