I recently spent some time with a reporter from a top-tier business publication at an event and one exchange from our chat stood out: Me: "What percentage of pitches from PR pros would you categorize as “not useful/not relevant/what the hell are they doing?” Reporter: "Many." What people think they know about public relations vs. what it *actually is* is stone cold wild 🤪 Biggest misconception?
