Sometimes agents will mix their personal and business social media accounts, while others choose to have one of each. If you are trying to discover how to go about posting on your business account, you've come to the right place. According to the National Association of REALTORS®, you should: post it all, don't stress, maintain consistency and stay safe. Posting it all involves everything that might be applicable to your business. This includes NAR settlement articles, mortgage rates and local housing market numbers. Don't be afraid to give your business posts a personal touch, as people like to empathize with others. If you go a day without posting, DO NOT STRESS. This is completely normal, as you may enter a dead period or, simply, not have anything relevant to post about. You want to create content consistently, but also post consistently. If you want to maintain consistency, don't be afraid to save photos and videos in folders/albums. This helps you come back to content, so that when it is time to post, you have archives. Last but not least, in terms of staying safe, do not post when you're at a certain location. Wait until you get back to your office or home.
