According to the law, if either the landlord or the tenant wishes to make changes to the existing tenancy contract upon renewal, they must notify the other party at least 90 days before the contract's expiration date. Dispute Resolution: In cases where disputes arise due to the lack of timely notice or disagreements over the changes, either party can file a complaint with the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC). The RDSC will review the case based on the provisions of the tenancy law and make a decision to resolve the issue.
