We partnered with Starbucks to create a design framework that would make their U.S. stores more accessible for persons with disabilities.
One critical element of the approach was that persons with lived experiences were an integral part of the team, participating in every step of the work. In February, Starbucks opened its first retail space designed using the Inclusive Spaces Framework in Washington, DC.
