🚀 Just finished reading "Integrating Science into Digital Health Workflows: A Strategic Approach for Leaders"—a must-read for anyone in digital health! The article provides actionable insights on embedding scientific rigor into digital health tools, enhancing both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/g9NECB9R

Big news: I just published a paper with the wonderful Clare Beatty called “Integrating Science into Digital Health Workflows: A Strategic Approach for Leaders.” We break down what so many digital health companies get wrong about making science work—and what they can do to fix it. If you don't have time to read it, I’ll give you the Spark Notes version: Integrating science isn’t simple, but it’s also not optional. It’s actually the only way in healthcare to be innovative, build trust, and grow your business. But with C-suite confusion, siloed teams, and budget battles, science doesn’t always get the role it deserves. In the paper, Clare and I also talk about: - Why leaders need to actually understand the value of science (hint: it’s so much more than an RCT) - How intentionally breaking down silos between the science team and everyone else creates better collaboration and better outcomes - What “prioritizing high-impact initiatives” really looks like when resources are tight - Strategies to move from resistance to a culture that embraces evidence and adaptation If you’re in digital health and serious about embedding science because you want better results (not just because you think it’ll look good), this is your guide. Proud of this one. Give it a read (link in comments), or reach out if you’re ready to put science to work at your company. #digitalhealth #leadership #scienceintegration #fractionalCSO
