It’s always humbling to talk with the children in our schools and their teachers. The work they do truly builds futures. It was fantastic to see for ourselves the impact of the work we do with REAch2 Academy Trust.
One of the joys of being a Trustee with REAch2 Academy Trust is visiting one of our 62 primary schools. Today I’m with our Deputy Chair Teresa Beach visiting Civitas Academy and the Palmer Academy, both in Reading, seeing first hand the amazing work of the talented, passionate and dedicated staff and, of course, the wonderful pupils buzzing with enthusiasm and a love of learning. Thank you Executive Head Sal Ducker and Head of School Celia Frain at Civitas and Headteacher Anne Higginbotham at The Palmer, and the all the staff we met, for a fabulous and informative day!
