Why Townhall is Important in the functionality of a HOTEL / RESORT??? ·        Ice breaker between team & Management ·        Realign everyone to company Vision & Mission ·        Award & Appreciation – retaining the award up till next Townhall is a desire & hunger among others to get the award ·        Motivation to perform better for next Townhall appreciation ·        Reflects on the culture of company and their values toward the Team. Townhall also used to be a platform every month, where team used to VOICE out their problems in search for a solution, but with everything becoming so democratic now a days in Hospitality Industry that this tradition has again seems to be LOST, as no accurate solution is provided resulting in Team not putting their Problems and mere become a mute spectator.
