Podcasts are my go-to for multitasking, and lately, I've been hooked on Tim Fish's podcast for NAIS, New View EDU. It's not just for school leaders; it's for anyone interested in education. Tim covers timely topics with fascinating guests. The April episode,"Creating Climates of Care," featuring Denise Pope, couldn't have come at a better time. It's perfect as my students dive into organizing a Belonging Summit at our school. Much of this discussion resonated with me, I encourage my educator friends to give this episode a listen. It will get you thinking.
