Jio Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) Is this what your services are about? My JioFiber connection has been down for several days. Despite multiple complaints, no one is coming to fix it. When they do come, they leave the work unfinished and say another team will come. But no other team ever shows up. It's so frustrating that a big company like JioFiber is providing such poor service. We recently opted for a Jio's Air Fiber connection, largely because we were planning to shift rooms within 20 days of installation. Jio’s team assured us of free shifting in #NCR as part of the service, which made sense for our temporary setup needs. Everything from payment to setup happened quickly and smoothly in one day. However, now that it's time to shift, we're being asked to pay ₹1000 for the relocation—contrary to what was initially promised. To add to the frustration, the representative who set it up and assured us of free shifting is no longer responding to calls . This kind of miscommunication and unresponsiveness from such a large and customer-centric company like Jio is quite disappointing. I’m reaching out to bring this to the attention of Jio team in hopes of resolving this matter fairly and upholding the original promise. Has anyone else faced similar issues with their Jio connections?
