We Did It! THANK YOU for Your Incredible Support! We’re thrilled to announce that, thanks to your overwhelming generosity, Teesside Hospice has reached our Big Give Campaign target of £50,000! This incredible milestone ensures that our hospice can keep its doors open and provide vital care and support on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day, giving comfort and dignity to those who need it most. Calling all football fans and commercial geniuses. ⚽ 🧠 A very smart man and dear friend of mine, Jonathan Sackier - Innovator, Aviator and Health Commentator gave me some sound advice; 'If you want money, ask for advice and if you want advice, ask for money'. So here I am 'asking for advice' 😉 for a good cause of course... Men's Sunday league football doesn't get the spotlight it deserves, but it plays a crucial role in our communities. It's more than just a game - it's a lifeline for men's mental and physical health. As no.1 spectator, I see what the guys go through in their personal lives and how the team and game wash away their stresses, even if it is just for 90 mins. Now comes the challenge: how can I leverage my commercial skills and network to secure sponsorships for my team, Sungate FC for next season and give back to good cause? 🤔 In exchange for supporting the mental and physical health of Sungate FC, I would like to raise awareness of charities close to our sponsors heart. I have lots of ideas on how to do this from QR codes on kit to Instagram, but I welcome yours. So please share your ideas (however wild), in the comments, or message me if you're interested in supporting us. 😍 P.S. We have won the cup and league for the last 3 years, for those who also like trophies 😝 🏆 #upthegate 🐊 #football #grassrootsfootball #charity #givingback #mentalhealth #menshealth

Newton Abbot Rugby Club - Hamper Appeal 2024 As you are all most likely aware, living costs have not improved for anyone over the last few years. For those already on the cusp of survival, the latest inflation hikes mean simply putting food on the table to survive is not getting any easier. Some have to make the decision between Food or Heating the house. Parents are not eating, so their children can, and families eat once or twice a day instead of three times because they simply can not afford to put the food on the table. We will not fix the problem overnight or combat child poverty with a Christmas Hamper, but we can make Christmas a little easier for those families who do not deserve the hardship they find themselves in. We will look to supply 150 Hampers, that's around 600 people, over the Christmas period. CAN YOU HELP? There are many families and individuals who find themselves in a much better position than those who qualify for a hamper this year. Each of the hampers the Rugby Club supplies will cost around £30, but not without the help of our own Commercial Partners providing products either much cheaper than retail price or free of charge, which we are incredibly grateful for. Here's how you can help: 1. Share this post far and wide. 2. Donate whatever you can afford - https://buff.ly/3OIONTl 3. Buy a box or two. By donating £30, you will supply a Hamper for another family. We will look to raise £4000 pounds, and any extra will go back into the pot for next year's community projects. Donate Here - https://buff.ly/3OIONTl Would you benefit from a Christmas Hamper? Like our previous Christmas Hamper Appeals, We offer a "No Questions Asked" basis to put your name down for a Christmas Hamper. All we require you to do is email [email protected] to qualify.

TL;DR: Please support the Give N Go foundation's Movember basketball tournament that I'm playing in this weekend to support men's health initiatives! Every dollar makes a difference! https://lnkd.in/gUbMJujM 🏀🏆 Join Us in the Game for Men’s Health! 🏆🏀 This Saturday I'm lacing it up at the Give N Go foundation's Movember basketball tournament in support of men's health. We're raising funds as part of Movember. I am also (attempting) to grow a moustache... 💪 How You Can Help: 1. Donate: Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. 2. Spread the Word: Share this post to help us reach more people. 3. Get out there: Look after yourself by doing some exercise. 💙 Why It Matters: Team sports can play an important role in better mental health, particularly for young men. I can attest to just how important basketball has been in my life, particularly in harder moments, both as a release, and to be part of a group working together. The Give N Go foundation is supporting Movember to shine a light on these challenges and to promote happier, healthier, and longer lives. Thank you for your support—let’s make this Movember unforgettable! 🙌 #Movember #MensHealth #Charity

https://lnkd.in/dgiaTsXC Support Rugby Schools in Venezuela with Movember! 🏉 This "Movember" (our November Mustache), we're combining the spirit of rugby with a commitment to men's health and community support. We are raising funds and collecting rugby equipment to send to schools in Venezuela, where rugby is growing but resources are scarce. Our goal is to gather 50-60 rugby balls to help bring the game to more kids and inspire the next generation of players with a sport based on values and principles that also support kids on developing soft skills – our core focus. To be able to commit to this goal, we would like to collect 2.000,00€ to buy these rugby balls and cover the logistic expenses, and with your support, reach this amount by the end of November!! Through this effort, we not only support rugby projects in schools but also raise awareness for men's health, as Movember encourages us all to focus on well-being and awareness. Every contribution helps — whether you’re donating rugby gear, spreading the word, or supporting our fundraising efforts.

This is my son Ben, Ben sadly lost his life in july 2022 whilst on holiday with his family This left all who new him devastated and empty. As a family we decided to raise money for the local rugby Leigh East the team Ben played for to allow all 14 years old's thru to and including open age to get heart screening which helped detect some abnormalities and saved other families go thru the same devastating loss as ourselves. Bens uncle and his friends are this year doing a grueling challenge to help raise money to do the same for Bens cousins team and other at the Golborne Parkside arlfc club. If any of my contacts would like to donate it would be really appreciated ,we are trying our best to detect heart abnormalities for the people who love playing the sport of rugby
Help raise £10000 to the Ben Woods Memorial Challenge. This will fund a heart screening event, hosted by CRY, at our local rugby league club Golborne Parkside.

Tasmanian greyhound racing clubs are deeply integrated into the local community, actively supporting a wide array of grassroots organisations and initiatives. In Hobart, the Greyhound Racing Club has embraced local sporting clubs by hosting sporting clubs challenge nights that benefit a variety of clubs across sports ranging from AFL to netball, offering both direct sponsorships and opportunities to win additional funding. Similarly, the Launceston Club enriches the community with race days tailored for aged care residents, creating memorable social experiences. Moreover, a collective initiative across Tasmanian clubs culminated in a generous $35,220 donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charity, significantly enhancing the support facilities for families of children undergoing medical treatments in Hobart. These initiatives underline the greyhound racing industry’s dedication to nurturing and giving back to the communities they operate in, reinforcing their role as key players in building and sustaining local community spirit. 🌟 "People don't buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it!" 🌟 In the age of social media where "me, me, me" is often the focus, it's refreshing to see businesses that prioritize their community and values. Recently, I had the pleasure of producing a cause marketing 🎬 video for Braces N Faces Orthodontics, highlighting their sponsorship of a remarkable charity event - Rivers's Gift Gala Ball. In this video, you'll hear from the clinic owner, Hashmat Popat, and the event organiser and charity co-founder, Alexandra Hamilton, as they discuss their commitment to corporate social responsibility and the powerful impact of their involvement. It's a perfect example of how authentic storytelling and cause marketing can resonate deeply with audiences. Cause marketing is an excellent idea for nonprofit organisations whose budgets and resources are usually limited. It helps nonprofits gain brand awareness and draw attention to the problems they raise. Moreover, this approach brings benefits for the corporate partner as well. The pros are: ✅ positive brand image; ✅competitive advantage; ✅strong relationships with communities; ✅conscious employees; ✅customer loyalty and trust; ... Check out the video to see how cause marketing can make a difference and inspire others to join the movement. Remember, it's not just about what you do, but why you do it! #CauseMarketing #VideoProduction #CSR #CommunitySupport #Storytelling #Orthodontics #CharityEvent
