An honest word about January and February: The first two months of the year were marked by some challenges, but also by positive developments. 📉 As a specialized recruitment agency, we were directly impacted by all fluctuations and trends globally. The start of the year was a bit slower than usual, as some projects and assignments were delayed. However, we are now seeing a recovery and a return to the usual pace of incoming orders. 💼 It's particularly pleasing to note the strong order situation of Asian companies in Germany, as well as the increased search requests in the USA and Canada, leading to a revenue boost. 📈 While the German SME sector is still cautious, it's slowly beginning to replenish its human capital and innovate, making itself more secure in the process. Our coaching department also saw an above-average increase in inquiries in January and February. Therefore, we look forward to great months in both areas in March and April and are confident that we can make up for the losses from the slow start of the year in these two months. 📅 The good scheduling in the last week of February is a positive sign that should not be underestimated. 👍
