🌟 Embracing the 3D’s: Dedication, Detachment, and Determination 🌟 In my journey, I’ve discovered the power of the “3D’s” - Dedication, Detachment, and Determination. These principles guide my life and work, helping me stay true to my path and find success. 🔹 Dedication: My first circle is all about prioritizing Self, Work, Family, and Friends. I’ve learned to put myself and my work first, as these are the areas where I can truly thrive. Living in a joint family isn’t always easy, but I’m grateful for the space I’ve created for myself and the courage to live by my choices. 🔹 Detachment: One of my biggest strengths has been learning to detach from unnecessary distractions. This focus has allowed me to concentrate fully on the task at hand and stay grounded in my purpose. 🔹 Determination: My circle of close friends may be small, but they are my pillars. Yet, I’ve grown to rely more on myself, embracing independence in both my highs and lows. Prioritizing self-care and creating boundaries has been key to navigating life’s challenges. I believe in living a life that aligns with my values and choices. Have you discovered your own path to fulfillment? Let’s share and inspire each other! 💪 #LifePrinciples #Dedication #Detachment #Determination #SelfCare #Focus #Independence #PersonalGrowth

YOU GOT THIS! I have so many meaningful connections with this tiny yet monumental moment with #SimoneBiles. This has been the busiest work season of my entire career! Of course, I have trained for it over the last 15 years, but I did not know how unbelievably hard it will be until it came! I have facilitated 21 days in the last 31 days, that's 21 sessions!!! Incredible amount of pressure. One of the sessions was on 'Our Relationship with #Stress'. Nick Petrie's research on pressureand stress comes in as a saviour, pressure doesn't equal to stress. For pressure to turn into stress we need just one ingredient - Rumination, obsessive negative thought process either traveling in the past or future. If we can catch ourselves, wake-up and be mindful of the self-talk, we are capable of dealing with pressure with a lot of grace and grit. Putting things in perspective also is a great force! I add a lot of meaning to my work, I got toose to 400 strangers this month, touch their lives in a small way, learn so much - I feel RICH! Pressure doesn't equal stress. This resonates strongly in my life at the moment. Go with full force, YOU GOT THIS! For the next work season, as I breathe, I will be sharing one piece of learning from each of my programs. PS There was a great moment where you could see Simone mouth “You got this” right before a vault. #facilitation #leadership #stress #worklife #coaching

This weekend, I’m reflecting on the insightful lessons from Dan Sullivan’s “The Gap and The Gain” that has profoundly shifted my perspective. Navigating through life is like climbing a mountain. Often, we fix our gaze on the peak—the ultimate goal. This is the gap, the daunting distance between where we are and where we wish to be, which can make each step feel insignificant. But what if we turned around to appreciate the view from our current climb? This view represents the gain—the progress from where we started, often much more substantial than we realize. Each time we pause to look back, we're greeted by a landscape of achievements, each once merely an aspiration. 🥰 Here are three takeaways from embracing this view: -> Appreciating Progress: Recognizing how far we’ve climbed rather than how far we have to go transforms our sense of achievement and motivation. -> Reflective Practice: Regularly looking back at our accomplishments not only bolsters our gratitude but also propels us forward with renewed vigor. -> Realistic Goals: Setting achievable, meaningful milestones makes the journey more satisfying and less stressful. How could shifting our focus to celebrate our actual gains, rather than perceived shortcomings, enhance our personal and professional life? #WeekendReflection #BetterMe #BetterWee

.✔✔Hard work is the engine, and smart work is the navigation together, they drive you towards your goals. Some key lessons from this post are: 💫Consider hard work is the climbing of a mountain arduous, challenging, and demanding. It's the ascent that builds strength, character, and resilience. 💫Meanwhile, smart work is the compass guiding the path, helping navigate the twists and turns with strategic efficiency. Together, they transform the mountain climb into a well-choreographed ascent towards the summit of success. 💫While hard work lays the groundwork and imparts essential lessons, working smartly represents a maturation of skills and a refinement of approach. 💫The symphony of success is not a cacophony of discordant efforts but a carefully orchestrated masterpiece where the diligence of hard work and the finesse of smart work complement each other. 💫It's the recognition that success is not a solo performance but a collaborative effort, where every note played contributes to the grandeur of the whole. From Ranting to Reigniting: How 5 Simple Words Changed My Life ⭐️ I was totally exhausted and frustrated, after a tiring day at work. I vented to my friend, expecting sympathy, but instead got a wake-up call. He said, "Kaam hai toh value hai" - If there's work, there's value. At first, I thought it was just a cliché, but repeating those words helped me see my work in a new light. I began to view my work as a chance to: - Make a real impact - Create value - Leave a mark ⏱️ Fast forward: I'm now more engaged, motivated, fulfilled, and grateful than ever! But the most amazing part? This philosophy spreads like wildfire. When my colleagues and friends asked how I stay positive at all times, I told them this, and their perspective changed too. Let's turn our work into a force for good, a source of inspiration, and a testament to our potential. Share a phrase or quote that's inspired you to find purpose and passion in your work! #Purpose #Passion #Work #Inspiration #Motivation #Value #MindsetShift #Empowerment #CareerAdvice #LessonsLearned

Well done... Two simple words that can make all the difference, especially when we know we've given our all to something. But here’s a question: How often do you pause and say them to yourself? How often do you recognize your effort, resilience, and dedication, rather than waiting for validation from others? Life gets busy, and we can be our own harshest critics, focusing on what we could have done better instead of celebrating what we’ve already accomplished. But today, take a moment to acknowledge yourself. Say it, "Well done!" Say it because you showed up. Say it because you persevered when it wasn’t easy. Say it because you pushed through challenges. You’re more than the results you achieve. You’re the courage, the effort, and the determination behind them. You matter, and what you do matters. Look in the mirror, smile, and tell yourself the words you need to hear, "Well done!" Because you deserve it. To all the hardworking individuals out there, well done! Keep pushing forward, and keep believing in yourself and your abilities! #hardworking #corporateworld #business #realestate #employee #keeppushing #keepitup #goal #dream

Remember who you are and be willing to take the risk that lead to the rewards you are going after. There is always a new level of freedom to reach in life. Whenever I start a new process I get into it super optimistic and then realize it's usually harder than I thought it would originally be. What keeps me in the game is knowing what motivates me to keep going. I usually have one big north star I am going after and feel deeply involved with it. I then write it down and leave it somewhere to see it, so that I can internalize it. Usually when we internalize something our mind begins to work in looking for the solution. Do you have any big goal you have written down and looking to internalize in your life?
