The secret to a beautiful promotional product... When it comes to sourcing promotional goods for your business, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement of product selection and design. However, I've learned from experience that the most crucial factor in ensuring a smooth and successful project is the distributor's or agency's process. Here's why process matters more than you might think. Efficiency: A well-defined process streamlines communication, minimizes errors, and ensures timely delivery of your products. Transparency: A transparent process keeps you informed every step of the way, from initial concept to final production, giving you peace of mind. Customization: A flexible process allows for adaptation to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with your brand. Problem-Solving: A robust process includes built-in mechanisms for addressing unexpected challenges or issues, minimizing disruptions to your project. Before you commit to a distributor or agency, ask them about their process. How do they handle design approvals? What are their quality control measures? How do they communicate project updates? Remember, a beautiful product is only as good as the process that creates it. Prioritize process, and you'll set your promotional product project up for success. Let us help you build your next promotional product line. DM me to get started. #onyxworldwide #promotionalproducts #marketing #branding #procurement Onyx Worldwide Inc.

##4Ps in marketing management ## 1. **Product**: The goods or services offered by a business to satisfy customer needs and wants. This includes product variety, quality, design, features, brand name, packaging, and services. 2. **Price**: The amount of money customers must pay to acquire the product. Pricing strategies can include discount pricing, competitive pricing, and premium pricing. Factors influencing price include cost of production, target market, and competition. 3. **Place**: The distribution channels through which the product is sold and how it is delivered to the market. This includes locations, logistics, market coverage, and inventory management. It involves selecting the best ways to get the product to the customer. 4. **Promotion**: The activities that communicate the product’s features and benefits and persuade customers to purchase it. This includes advertising, sales promotions, public relations, direct marketing, and personal selling. Promotion strategies aim to inform, persuade, and remind customers about the product.#4ps #Place #Price #Promotion #Product

Should you offer customers a discount? Clients often ask if they should offer discounts to make sales. I generally advise against it because it cuts into your margin. The short answer is no. The longer answer is that discount requests indicate a larger problem: the lack of a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) or strong personal brand. Without these, customers only see your price, leading them to ask, "How much is it?" When owners face this question repeatedly, they might think their market is price-sensitive. In reality, they need a stronger message to stand out.

Beyond pricing, what sets your company apart? Pricing matters, but it’s rarely the only factor that sets your company apart from your competition. A higher price tag can signal quality as long as it is reinforced by strong branding, messaging, marketing, and packaging. On the flip side, affordable brands thrive when their branding emphasizes accessibility to connect with buyers. If pricing is all prospects focus on, then what you sell becomes a commodity and your buyer may miss out on the unique benefits your company offers. #SalesStrategy #Branding #Differentiation
