India wants to control AL/GenAl 🤯 India now requires that all AI and Generative AI models get approval from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology before they can be sold in India. It's not just about protecting certain businesses but also about the government wanting to oversee what AI does and its thought process. Based on what I've seen, when the government controls things like this, it can slow down new ideas and progress. For example, if my company that uses AI had to get many approvals before we could sell a new product, it would make things slower and could limit how creative and effective our AI is. Countries that do what India is doing might fall behind because people who work with AI prefer places that support new ideas rather than lots of rules. Users might choose AI from other countries that don't have these strict rules. Here's what I think: 1. Support new ideas in AI while making sure it's done right and safely. 2. Have rules that protect people but don't stop new ideas. what do you think? ____________ ✅ Follow me (Tatyana Isa 🟨 ) on daily posts like this. You Won't miss the next one. ▶️Find it valuable?
