Shrink Wrap V/S Stretch Film : While stretch wraps are generally made of polyethylene plastic, shrink wraps are made of polyolefin plastics. Shrink wrap is heat-sealed onto products. When you wrap your products with shrink wrap, you use a heat treatment process to shrink plastic to create an airtight seal. But shrink wrap is heavy-duty and keeps the goods bundled together. It is tight and rigid. On the other hand, a stretch wrap looks similar to wraps used in the kitchen.
