Service, sales, parts, accessories. ✏️Make it seamless and transparent! Be trustworthy and don’t BS the customer. If you don’t know, say that and then say “Great question! We can learn together!” ✏️Build a relationship, get to know them- their interests hobbies and important dates so you can celebrate them on special occasions. ✏️Have thoughtful meaningful follow up that provides value with each interaction-don’t just call to say: are you ready to buy yet? ✏️ Always be educating yourself on your product and your craft!
