In addition to the above, I would say the following are pretty useful tips: Support your people to take ownership of the change- even if they didn’t initiate it. This takes continuous intent to listen and adapt with empathy. Fully immerse yourself in how things work now so you can really understand the impact of the change on your people
There's one thing that stands out for me above everything, communicate transparently. Allow people to have their eyes open to change, make decisions that impact the, and support them in advance of change #changewell

1wI particularly like the “foster continuous improvement” - making learning something not only to be expected but celebrated, as part of the culture of organisations. This allows our teams to be open and honest about their inevitable hiccups and feel safe and secure to do so. 👏🏻
