When designing an employee benefits program, I recommend considering your employee demographic. The workforce has five generations, each with a different focus. When I first started my career, every penny mattered. I was invincible, so I didn't go to the doctor unless I had to. Now, the older I get, I understand the need for insurance. And I am squirreling away funds for my HSA. There is no one-size-fits-all. Having options is great for meeting your employees where they are. Benefits are great if we can use them. #rileysreality
