Tarun Anand’s Post

As I reflect on my journey in education, I realize something critical. AI is transforming how we teach and learn. Teachers must adapt to these changes. It’s essential to understand the fundamentals of AI. In my experience as the Chancellor of Universal AI University, I’ve seen how AI empowers students. Yet, many educators feel overwhelmed by this technology. Here’s what I’ve learned: - Start with the basics: Teach students core concepts first. - Emphasize ethics: Discuss AI’s impact on society and jobs. - Incorporate real-world applications: Use examples students can relate to. - Foster creativity: Encourage students to create AI solutions. - Encourage collaboration: Promote teamwork in projects and discussions. During my early days in education, I often felt lost in new technology. But by focusing on these principles, I’ve seen remarkable growth in my students. They became excited about AI, viewing it as a tool for innovation rather than a threat. Let’s not forget our responsibility. As educators, we must prepare our students for an AI-driven future. This means equipping them with the skills to thrive. By embracing AI, we foster a generation of thinkers and creators. We have the chance to inspire the next generation. Let’s make it count! Together, we can create a brighter future. How are you approaching AI in your classrooms? - - - - #aiineducation #teacherdevelopment #futureofeducation #aiinclassroom #educators #education #ai

Other than tech savvy people, any new technology is looked at with some apprehension due to inherent fears. In my interactions with faculty of educational institutions, I have noted that the skepticism is built around the fear that these New Emerging technologies like AI will replace them and hence there is a natural resistance towards it's adoption. The fear of losing their jobs is so deep, that just the thought scares them away. However, when I explain to them about how AI is an enabler and will assist them and in the process also enhance their teaching skills, they come to realize that their fears are unfounded. Later once they start using the technology, they first hand experience it's immense power and are overjoyed with the results. The same faculty then becomes a proponent of this technology with some of their peers and others in the field. I am very passionate about propagating use of AI and education sector is the best place to do that as the students are the one's who will help India in becoming a leading economy in the world. I share your Vision Tarunji and would be happy to use my knowledge and experience to achieve the desired goals 🙏

Hon Shri Tarun Anand Thank you for sharing your insightful reflections on the transformative impact of AI in education. Your perspective resonates deeply, especially the emphasis on ethics, creativity, and collaboration in teaching AI. How has Universal AI University addressed the challenges of upskilling educators in this rapidly evolving field? Your experience could be invaluable in guiding similar efforts.

As we move forward in the field of education, we are realising that AI is not our enemy but a friend: AI is not a competitor but a complementing entity.AI is ubiquitous like computers. We once feared computers now they have become our handmaiden. We need to leverage and harness the technology and move forward. Good thoughts Tarunji
