AI typically does not stand alone; it is essential to adopt the mindset that AI should integrate with existing products and solutions to benefit firms. 👉 From a productization perspective, the best AI talents not only master AI/ML skills but are also empowered by having skills and knowledge of end-to-end solutioning, including architecture design, development, and deployment. I refer to these individuals as full-stack data scientists. 👉 Scaling generative AI and staying up-to-date requires balancing the need to experiment with fast-changing technologies while remaining focused on core delivery. In the highly regulated industry, exploring new technologies involves considerations of clear value-add drivers and technology availability to the firm.
