TODAY'S TRADING CALLS (06-09-2024) The Global cues are flat and Asian markets are in range bound ahead of US jobs data which is due later today and the consensus is 165k. GIFT NF is trading lower by 60 points at 25175. US Jobless claims data came at 2.27 lakhs Vs 2.23 in previous week. Crude oil set for deep weekly loss even as OPEC+ delays adding barrels by two months. Dollar index is lower and the Softer Dollar index and lower oil is positive for emerging markets like India. FIIs long exposure in the market is at 68% and the short position is at 32%. Week July spending report in focus in Japan ; Nikkei under pressure. Nifty 2508, the recent low made day before is going to be the crucial support and on highs 25350 can act as nearest resistance. Bank nifty if sustains above 51250, then 52000 target will be opened as all the indices are in buy on dips mode.
