The Crowdpen team was reviewing our third quarter roadmap today and we unanimously came up with the perfect idea to get our community to earn more while sustainably running the company! We were literally thinking the same thing! It was a beautiful moment🤩 See, our goal hasn’t changed since the beginning: we are creating a community where thought leaders and creators can let their voices be heard, collaborate and earn. Yet since we started building, our “how” has changed so many times! Gosh! 🤦🏽♀️ But one thing I’m realizing today is that if we stayed in ideation stage: just thinking about the idea and writing lengthy documents about it, we won’t have the insight we have today. We’d be stuck in the same place, limiting ourselves and the impact we can make. I’ve always been an advocate for starting out with a minimum viable product (the easiest and simplest version of your solution/product ) but today I have become an evangelist for MVPs.😅 Don’t sit on the idea. Celebrating Kidvento's 7th Anniversary: A Journey of Growth and Innovation As we celebrate Kidvento's 7th anniversary, I reflect on an incredible journey that has shaped my career and personal growth. In 2017, when I started my journey with Kidvento, I was new to the ed-tech segment and at the beginning of my professional path. Kidvento has always offered ample opportunities to tackle challenges and grow. Working at a startup like Kidvento enabled me to gain hands-on experience across various cross-functional activities. From building products and understanding business dynamics to crafting compelling business pitches and executing marketing strategies, my time at Kidvento was a period of immense learning and development. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, I had to leave Kidvento, but I carried with me a wealth of knowledge that paved the way for me to work with some of the industry's giants. Now, I am thrilled to be back at Kidvento, working on Ulipsu with renewed energy and passion. Kidvento continues to push me towards new challenges and encourages me to explore innovative solutions to solve problems.
