Empathetic Leader. Hippie. Dabbles in Marketing.

I was traveling last week when we won this award – for the 3rd year in a row - so I threw a hasty repost together to get something out on the socials. I now have time to give it the pause and attention it deserves. This is no small feat, winning this award 3 years in a row. I frequently interview people, sometimes daily, and I talk about 'culture' being a Kool-Aid term that I rarely put faith in but somehow here at Silverfort it holds legitimate value. It’s why I am here. There isn’t Kool-Aid – there is just a foundational level of humanity in which all that we do stems from. It feels like an impossible task to grow at the rate that we are growing while still maintaining the same culture. It isn’t perfect but we work really – really hard to make it a priority at every level. I'd say given this recent recognition we are succeeding. This award is so deserved, and it is our mission so to be acknowledged for it means more than we can express. Congratulations to us! And thank you to every soul at Silverfort who works to make it a beautiful place to be. Our platform makes us the obvious leader in identity security – but who we are as a team will make us legendary far beyond that. 🫶 #Duns100 #WeAreHiring #Silverfort

Keep drinking in the real stuff! Congrats to the team! (Side note - my mom never let us have Kool-Aid. I'm over it now. That crap is nasty lol!)

Well said Tarah. I like to use the word “camaraderie” to describe the culture. Everyone is working towards a common goal while supporting, trusting and caring for each other. ❤️
